An open star cluster located in the constellation Taurus (M45; 444ly); RA 3h 46m 38s, Dec 24° 106’ 41”. Taken January 15, 2026 to February 28, 2026, from Sugar Land, TX (29.58, -95.62); Bortle 7-8.  Vespera Pro, 200mm, f5; 21.8 Hours (7837 - 10 second frames). Processed with Pixinsight/Photoshop. 

  

ANDROMEDA GALAXY


A spiral galaxy located in the constellation Andromeda (M31; 2.5 million ly); RA 00h 42m 44.3s, Dec 41° 16’ 9”. Taken January 1-7, 2026, from Fort Henderson, Boerne TX (29.733, -98.713); bortle 6. Vespera Pro, 200mm, f5; 6 Hours (2160 - 10 second frames). Processed with Pixinsight/Photoshop.

SCORPION CLUSTER AND BUBBLE NEBULA

  

The Scorpion Cluster (M52; 4,600 ly; RA 23h 24m 47s, Dec 61° 35’ 35”) and the Bubble Nebula (NGC 7635; ca. 9,000 ly; RA 23h 20m 45s, Dec 61° 12’ 44”) located in the constellation Cassiopeia.  Taken October 4-9, 2025, from Sugar Land, TX (29.58, -95.62); Bortle 7-8 under a full moon. Vespera Pro; 200mm, f5, dual band filter; 10.3 Hours (3712 - 10 second frames).
