FAMILY GENEALOGY
I am interested in information tracing the genealogy of my family. The pages on this site follow the ancestry of my grandparents with the surnames of Harper, Biedenharn, Parks and Brannen. HARPER
The lineage of Charles Harper's father can be traced back 7 generations to Anderson, South Carolina. Surnames include Harper and Harkness.
His mother's lineage can be traced back 3 generations. Through his grandparents, they resided in the Flatonia, Texas/Lavaca County area. Surnames include Woods and Jones. A 7-generation pedigree chart for Charles is found below.
BIEDENHARN
The lineage of Margaret Biedenharn's father can be traced back to Germany. Surnames include Biedenharn and Lundberg.
Her mother's lineage can be traced back through her mother to Vicksburg, Mississippi. Surnames include Tucker and Chamberline. A 7-generation pedigree chart for Margaret is found below. Joseph A. Biedenharn (Margaret's uncle) was the first bottler of Coca-Cola. The Biedenharn Candy Company where this took place is still in existence as a museum in Vicksburg, Mississippi:

Lillian Brannen's lineage (on both sides) can be traced back 5-6 generations to Archelaus Smith on Cape Sable Island and Barrington, Nova Scotia, Canada.
